Week 2 Journal Prompt: How does the breakthrough process feel: use three words to describe it and why it feels this way? If any of these feelings are uncomfortable, how can you reframe these sensations and welcome them as signals of your ascension?
Week 3: Building Intuition to Connect to Inner Guidance
Week 3 Journal Prompt: Get to know your inner guidance like a trusted friend. So that you can connect more deeply with your inner guidance, create a description that resonates with you. Describe attributes like the sound of this voice, physical features, name, and so on. Use this imagery to help you connect when you call on the voice of your highest self!
