Manifest Anything With This Magic Mantra

This mantra, also known as the Magic Mantra, translates to "God and We are One”

It transports us beyond the realm of duality to a place of oneness with God / Source, where anything is possible.

It gifts us deeper intuition, allows spirit to flow through us, and removes any obstacles in the way of ourselves and our highest purpose.

I really love this meditation and mantra. It is so beautiful, and it’s very dear to my heart.

What I’ve Manifested With This Mantra

I’ve used this mantra many many times.. and it particularly helped me when I was seeking to manifest more travel in my life.

I knew that I wanted to build a business that combined travel and serving others in a positive and impactful way. But I didn’t yet know what that would look like..

This is one of my favorite things about this work. We don’t need to worry about the how. All we need to do is show up, set our intention, and then say “yes” to the miraculous opportunities that show up.

I used this mantra a lot in my early days as a spiritual entrepreneur, and now my reality is hosting international retreats multiple times a year!

When an opportunity was given to me, I said yes. Which again is an important part of using this magic mantra. Calling opportunities that delight your mind, body and soul, but also having the courage, tenacity and vulnerability to say yes to them. To feel the fear and to say yes anyway.

Recently, during my Manifest Miracles retreat we did an Ek Ong Kar meditation followed by free writing, which is a journaling exercise that’s fantastic to do after a powerful meditation.

When we meditate we connect with Source in a big way. And the act of free writing afterwards creates a kind of cosmic vortex where we’re able to channel divine wisdom and strengthen our intuition.

What Others Have Manifested With This Magic Mantra

One evening during the retreat we performed the Ek Ong Kar meditation for 21 minutes. Giving us the time and the space to sit with the visualizations and allow our emotions and intentions to give mobility to our desires.

Then I invited everyone to write “thank you spirit for writing through me” at the top of the page in their journals, and begin free writing.

After this process, one of the retreat attendees, a beautiful sweet soul, shared that she was sitting in the visualization of something that she greatly wanted to happen - as if it was happening.

The feeling of her wish fulfilled was so great within her, that she spoke to me in that moment as if the event had already happened. She spoke from a place as if all the yeses had lined up.

We had a beautiful conversation, and she left to go to sleep that night acting as if she was already in that space.

This was at around 10pm. And at 5am the next morning (while she was still asleep!) she received an email giving her the yes that she was waiting for. She no longer had to act as if it was happening - because it was happening.

With any manifestation practice there’s a necessary delay for our intentions to crystallize into reality. But with Ek Ong Kar the process is sped up 100 fold.

I have hundreds of stories like this, and it really speaks to the power of this mantra.

Magic Mantra Warning

In fact, Ek Ong Kar is the only mantra that comes with a warning - and this is precisely because of its power. The disclaimer says that whatever you speak or intend after you invoke the mantra, will be amplified.

Truly amplified on a cosmic level.

So when I’m leading this manifestation meditation I always ask that people raise their right hand and solemnly swear😉. That after this meditation they will speak only kind positive words about themselves, about the world, and about others. Because what they speak becomes powerfully amplified (at least until the go to sleep).

So! :) Without further ado, here is how you can perform your own Ek Ong Kar meditation.

How to Meditate With This Magic Mantra

The full mantra is “Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad”.

Chant Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad in a steady tone, letting the breath find its own pace. One repetition of the mantra takes between four to five seconds, and continue for 21 minutes. You can chant along with Jai-Jagdeesh here if that helps.

To finish, inhale deeply, hold the breath, and focus on your third eye for several seconds, then exhale and relax.

Yogi Bhajan also said, "while you are chanting, imagine a million others all around you. Hear them all chanting, with you in the middle, not moving at all. Feel that you do not chant physically, and yet are leading the chant and letting the chant lead you. As you imagine this, continue chanting.”

Once the 21 minutes is complete, take out your journal and write “thank you spirit for writing through me” at the top of the page. Then begin free writing for as long as the inspiration is flowing. Allowing yourself to become a channel for all that’s seeking to come through, and expressing yourself without judgement or thought.

During this process it’s likely that many intuitions and ideas will come up. If you feel a strong resonance with something, then please feel free to follow it with my intention setting ritual. While making sure that you only speak kind words of yourself and others.

This is a little known, but incredible manifestation ritual, that when done right has the power to create epic shifts and transformations in your life.
